Since high school, Alyssa has had a passion for self-empowerment and self-advocacy. These passions, combined with her love of working with children, led her to the field of speech-language pathology.

Being a speech-language pathologist allows Alyssa to strengthen self-empowerment and self-advocacy skills within others through communication.

Alyssa has a special interest in working with people on the Autism Spectrum, helping toddlers with language delays develop their expressive communication skills, and involving parents throughout the therapy process.
