Melissa had the pleasure of shadowing an LTTS OT and PT while in high school, deciding between a career in the education or medical fields. She saw how beautifully OT blends the teaching and caregiver worlds, making the easy decision to pursue OT.

She is certified in Therapeutic Listening and as an ADHD-Rehab Service Provider. She has taken trainings related to ADHD management, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Executive Functioning deficits, Dysgraphia, Sensory Processing Disorder, Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), and Feeding difficulties.

She specializes in working with families to decrease the daily impact of challenges related to executive functioning disorders, behavioral challenges, writing difficulties, and feeding delays.
